As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for customers, while also maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced retail professional who is passionate about pop culture and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new releases and best-sellers* Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment* Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities

Requirements:
* Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
