Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Marion, Ohio. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results to diagnose respiratory disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor patients' responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.
  • Current licensure and certification in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
