Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement electrical system designs for various projects, including substation design and power system protection.
  • Perform studies of power systems and electrical calculations for electrical systems, lighting simulations, lighting layouts, communications, fire alarm, security, and other similar calculations.
  • Develop white papers and technical documentation to support the firm's technical knowledge management (TKM).
  • Contribute to the development of new or special case designs, studies, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology or related discipline.
  • 3 years of related experience.
  • Expert knowledge of computer-assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
  • Solid knowledge of engineer principles of design.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
