Key Responsibilities- Accurately document and execute tasks as detailed on the repair order, adhering to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Drain and replace engine oil, ensuring the correct volume is utilized; replace oil and air filters as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle fluid levels, replenishing or replacing as required.
- Check and adjust tire pressure to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the parts department to procure necessary components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Account for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
- Safely operate all tools and equipment.
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently, in line with dealership expectations.
- Test-drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional services that may be required.
- Provide estimates for time needed for any further repairs.
- Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Desire to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Entry-level experience preferred, particularly in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Strong manual dexterity for effective tool use.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Dependable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.

- Capability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
