Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Harlan Recruiting Group: Manufacturing including CPG and Food Manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing settings.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's equipment, ensuring optimal production and safety through proactive/preventive maintenance work on hydraulics, conveyors, packaging equipment, labelers, pneumatics, electrical systems, HVAC, robotics, and other systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Expertise in proactive maintenance of manufacturing/production systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (PLC troubleshooting), VFDs, and other systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics and keep good maintenance-related records
  • Experience with conveyors, photo sensors, control panels, replacing fuses, repairing gearboxes, and/or replacing them
