Trolley Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Trolley Driver to join our team at The Villages. As a Trolley Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and customers around our community, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

• Drive trolleys and community vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
• Provide clear and accurate directions to guests, utilizing maps and written instructions as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of The Villages amenities and services, including the path to becoming a Villager.
• Assist with stock, orders, preparation, and clean-up of refreshment stations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Reserve and monitor sales parking areas during special events, ensuring parking for Sales guests and employees.
• Attend to other special duties and destinations as needed, utilizing applicable computer software programs to assist in daily operations.
• Attend special meetings, educational sessions, and assist leadership in ongoing training of new team members.

• A clear, valid CDL with passenger air brake endorsement to company standards.
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to utilize applicable software programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for The Villages, and a desire to serve in a support role.
• The ability to communicate with customers confidently and effectively.
