Job Summary

The Senior Compensation Analyst will partner with the Director of Sales Operations to manage the compensation process for the Pharma Services Group (PSG) Global Sales organization. This role will support the execution of initiatives and projects to drive sales organization success within defined strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Administration
    • Administer and develop the Xactly Incent platform ensuring accurate configuration of commission plans, rules, and calculations.
    • Maintain and validate the integrity of Salesforce sales data to ensure accurate commission calculations.
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyze reports related to commissions to monitor performance and identify relevant trends.
    • Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of commission data.
  • Training and Education
    • Facilitate training sessions for new hires and provide continuous education to existing team members on the commission structure and process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations or a related field with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of prior experience with the Xactly Incent platform and commission administration.
