We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at HCA Florida Lake City Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
