Leasing Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Triton Investments Inc. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, vendors, and staff.

• Leasing and Sales: Respond promptly to all traffic, including walk-ins, phone calls, and computer traffic. Show model, amenities, and community features to prospective residents.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and staff, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare move-in packages, and update vacancy reports.
• Marketing and Advertising: Update ads, property vacancy advertisements, signs, and banners, and perform outreach marketing as instructed.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Language: Possess the ability to read, comprehend, and follow moderately complicated verbal and/or written instructions in English.
• Skills: Organized, capable of maintaining records, basic arithmetical calculation, and able to effectively communicate with residents, staff, investors, and suppliers/vendors.
• Preferred Qualifications: Spanish speaking is preferred but not necessary.

Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday's 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Sunday's off, and a set day off during the week selected by the employee and regional manager.
