**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing guidance and oversight on tax return preparation, research, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, providing guidance and oversight on tax return preparation, research, and planning.
• Prepare complex individual and trust tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax strategies for ultra-high net worth individuals and trusts, including income tax planning, estate tax planning, and trust taxation.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for client savings and minimize liabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license required.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or industry; 3+ years as a Tax Manager.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.
• Experience with CCH or related tax software.
