Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Supervise and coordinate onsite staff and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective action plans to meet construction budgets.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and safety assurance programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate materials and equipment, and manage the final stages of projects, including job completion and punch list resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of commercial construction experience.
  • Construction background: Demonstrated ability to understand drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, and methods.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute deliverables and projects on time and with great quality.
  • Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and client-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with Construction code and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience using Construction software and Microsoft Office.
