About the Role

This is a full-time position available in our skilled nursing facility. As an LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, monitoring staff performance, and communicating with physicians and families as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the orientation of new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants
  • Provide direct patient care, including procedures such as catheter placement and care, colostomy care, and suction
  • Communicate with the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing regarding observations and suggestions
  • Participate in report at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure proper information about residents is communicated
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing
  • Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State
  • One year of nursing experience
