Job Description:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate LPN to make a difference in the lives of our patients. As a homecare nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans and provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and coordinate services as needed
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice
  • 1+ year of prior professional nursing experience, preferably in homecare or gerontology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
