Job SummaryThis Registered Nurse position will play a vital role in developing referral relationships with healthcare providers and coordinating one-to-one calls to educate them about our services. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of two years' experience in a nursing home setting.
About the JobThe Staff Development Coordinator/Admissions Intake will be responsible for:
- Developing a referral relationship to the defined markets for the Chester Nursing Center.
- Cordinating one-to-one calls to educate and inform the referral sources of available services and the benefit to patients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' clinical experience where clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills have been demonstrated.
- Experience in a nursing home setting is a plus.
- Strong organization skills.
- Results-oriented and goal-directed.
- Able to multi-task and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Able to work independently.
You must have:
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with the American Heart Association (AHA).
We offer a competitive salary of $63,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
