We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Trinity Health in Wilmington, Delaware. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support and distributive services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and distributive services to patients in coordination with hospital personnel.
- Give direction to technicians and interns as necessary to complete tasks in the delivery of patient care.
- Ensure that all medications dispensed to patients receive a final check from a registered pharmacist.
- Work independently in various pharmacist positions within the hospital, including main pharmacy distribution, Med/Surg, step down, ED, ICU, and Antimicrobial Stewardship.
- Current State of Delaware Pharmacy license in good standing or obtained within 45 days of hire.
- PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
- One or more years of health-system pharmacy experience (or equivalent residency training) preferred.
- One year of acute care experience is required for this per diem role.
- Preferred: Experience with Pyxis ES, EPIC.
