Leadership Responsibilities

  • Oversee the career development and firm experience for a team of Associates, Senior Associates, Consultants, and Senior Consultants within the FedRAMP Team.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for both direct reports and project team members.
  • Take charge of team morale, direction, and overall success.
  • Ensure the FedRAMP Team adheres to the firm's Elite Fundamentals.
  • Assist in the formalization and enhancement of the firm's FedRAMP and government compliance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in leading, designing, building, and documenting FedRAMP security controls for clients utilizing Google, AWS, and Azure environments.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful and professional presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide clients in achieving and maintaining a FedRAMP Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Stay informed on U.S. policies related to Information Assurance, acquisition, and computer network defense.
  • Create and publish technical documentation related to FedRAMP assessment packages.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, presentation, and research skills.
  • Propose solutions and process flows based on gathered requirements.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support scoping discussions with potential clients and work alongside the Practice Leader and Sales team to develop tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a 3PAO with comprehensive knowledge of FedRAMP certification and operations.
  • Ability to influence and lead a diverse group of individuals across various disciplines.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Strong understanding of NIST Special Publications 800-53 and 800-37.
  • Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Google Cloud Security.
  • Technical expertise in network security, security operations, security architecture, infrastructure security, and identity and access management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting Gaps/Risks related to assessments.
  • Demonstrated history of successful cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CMMC engagements.
  • Familiarity with StateRAMP/TX-RAMP.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
