Valet Shuttle Attendant with 12 Oaks Parking

As a family-owned establishment, 12 Oaks Parking has been delivering exceptional valet and parking services for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on fostering a fun and adaptable work environment and are excited about the possibility of you joining our team.
We are currently in search of customer-oriented shuttle operators at our location. Our mission is to provide top-notch parking solutions, and we are looking for friendly, approachable individuals who are eager to enhance the guest experience beyond expectations. Our valet services operate daily.
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ($15/hour)
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM ($15/hour)
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shifts ($18/hour)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure familiarity with the premises to facilitate safe and efficient transportation for guests and valets.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage from shuttle vehicles.
- Maintain a record of the number of guests transported.
- Conduct inspections of the shuttle vehicle's interior and exterior at the start and end of each shift to ensure cleanliness; recommend maintenance as needed.
- Exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic attitude consistently.
- Engage with guests and respond to inquiries.
- Refuel vehicles as necessary.
- Perform cleaning duties, including vacuuming and wiping down vehicle interiors.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
- Uphold a professional appearance in your uniform and work area while on duty.
- Be open to constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Capability to interact courteously and professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
- Preferred one year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of the local area is required.
- Personable and outgoing demeanor is essential.
- Professional and polished appearance is mandatory.
- Ability to perform tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Exemplary guest service skills are a must.
- Capacity to sit for extended periods.
- Proficient in operating vehicles with various controls safely and efficiently.
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as noise and vibrations while maintaining focus.
- Skill in reading maps and following verbal directions.
- Assist passengers in entering and exiting vehicles.
- Capability to handle heavy items up to 75 pounds and remain standing throughout the shift.
- Must have auditory and visual awareness of the immediate surroundings.
