We are in search of a proactive and forward-thinking Manager of Software Quality to spearhead our talented QA Engineering teams. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for guaranteeing the delivery of superior software applications that surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated QA testing protocols to uphold software quality standards and fulfill user requirements.
  • Supervise and manage the offshore QA team to ensure streamlined testing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in QA testing, automated quality assurance, and managing offshore QA teams.
  • Expertise in agile scrum practices, bug tracking systems, and enterprise application testing.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and cultivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quality Assurance certification (CQA) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) is advantageous.
