Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
  • Stock and replenish bar supplies, including glassware, ice, and paper products.
  • Anticipate and communicate with guests to ensure their beverage needs are met.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Secure and maintain the integrity of liquor, beer, and wine inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role, such as bartending or mixology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
