ABOUT THE POSITION
With over 430 retail locations globally, our Store Leadership Teams are vital to our operations.

As the Retail Operations Leader, you will be a key figure responsible for planning and directing daily store operations aimed at developing strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability. You will execute marketing and promotional initiatives to expand our customer base.

This role entails maintaining high store standards, fostering a positive work environment, forecasting staffing needs, and developing a recruitment strategy.

The Retail Operations Leader cultivates a diverse team of associates and keyholders, preparing them to achieve their career aspirations and contribute to company objectives.


HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE


Guide the store team in developing, evaluating, and coaching a diverse staff to uphold a high level of service and quality that meets customer experience expectations.


Inspire, educate, and develop associates and keyholders to align with short- and long-term growth plans and career paths within the store and corporate structure.

Deliver on operating budgets and manage expense control within division guidelines to achieve positive results and meet profitability goals.

Ensure accuracy in all functions related to store operations, including both Front and Back of House Operations.

Complete all recordkeeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations in a timely manner.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.

Communicate regularly with Area/District Manager to provide relevant market insights and updates on employee successes and challenges.

YOU HAVE
Bachelor's or master's degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.

5 years of relevant experience.

Experience managing individual contributors and a department or has acted as a lead.


Strong problem-solving skills; ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges and drive decisions that impact finances, efficiency, and effectiveness of the store.

Proficient in operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and various software applications.

JOB CONDITIONS


Work frequently in a dynamic environment that may require physical activity (i.e., ability to constantly move about and adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs.), may involve using specialized equipment, and may expose you to dust and noise.

Occasionally requires the ability to work in a stationary position.

Ability to communicate clearly with others.


Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts.
