Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee all facets of retail pharmacy operations in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team at RPh on the Go, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of pharmacy operations, managing inventory, and supervising pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the efficient functioning of pharmacy equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff. Develop work schedules, evaluate performance, and foster a productive work environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy adheres to all federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Patient Services: Prepare and verify prescription orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and quality in medication dispensing.

Requirements:

  • Licensing: Valid pharmacy license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in retail pharmacy and 2 years of recent management experience
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
