Lead Nursing Supervisor Opportunity at Hillcrest Center - Wyncote, PA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nursing Supervisor at Hillcrest Center in Wyncote, PA. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective nursing care plans and strategies.
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, promoting efficient and effective care.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • BSN preferred, with current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
