About the Role

The HERO House NW is seeking a skilled and dedicated Clubhouse Associate - Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our rehabilitation team, you will provide mental health rehabilitation services to adults recovering from serious mental illness in a clubhouse model program.

Your key responsibilities will include training, job coaching, and working with members at their place of employment, providing education and resources that support self-management, self-determination, self-advocacy, and shared-health-care decision making.

We offer a competitive salary of $58,000+ per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits such as fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance, 2 weeks PTO, and 12 days sick leave annually.
