Job Title: Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies to improve our online presence and drive website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all SEO campaigns, including creation, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with keyword research and analysis tools.
  • Ability to analyze website analytics and track progress.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SEMRush or similar SEO management tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
