Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in a 329-bed hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and scan results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- ARRT-CT certification and CPR/BLS certification required.
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
