Position Overview
We are on the lookout for seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialists who will oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for various production roles involved in the manufacturing of wind turbine components. As integral members of the on-site recruitment team, these specialists will handle the complete hiring lifecycle, maintain accurate ATS records, collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop a talent pipeline aligned with the defined hiring profiles based on the project plan.
- Source, evaluate, interview, recommend, and facilitate offers for designated roles within specified timelines.
- Engage in and coordinate community recruitment events.
- Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Advocate for quality hiring practices through effective communication and process enhancements, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume recruitment within a staffing agency, RPO, or corporate setting for non-exempt positions.
Proficient technical skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and report generation.
Understanding of HR documentation and compliance with employment regulations.
Innovative in sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
