Qualifications

Educational Background

  • High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) is mandatory
  • Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing or Vocational Program

Professional Experience

  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is advantageous
  • Experience in laboratory and radiology may be required based on clinic specifications
  • Background in occupational health is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential
  • Willingness to travel to various local sites using a personal vehicle
  • Proficiency in vascular access and venipuncture techniques
  • Understanding of documentation and infection control procedures

Licensure and Certification

  • Valid LPN or LVN license in Minnesota
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Work Schedule

Work Group: Non-Contract

Hours per pay period: Various

Shifts: Day/Evening/Night as needed

Weekend Requirement: Rotational weekends as per department needs

Call Requirement: None

Work Environment: On-site

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
