Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $140,000 - $160,000, based on the 12-hour night shift schedule and the location in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Please note that contract and local rates may vary based on location and residency of the applicant.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled PCU Travel Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a reputable hospital in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. With a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and outstanding patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
