Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at SMS group Inc. As a global leader in plant construction and mechanical engineering for the steel and nonferrous metals industry, we offer a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Reliability
- Develop and execute reliability-based maintenance programs to ensure optimum performance of equipment.
- Manage maintenance schedules, planning, and designated personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all company and customer safety and environmental programs.
- Quality and Customer Interface
- Responsible for quality compliance, awareness, training, and reporting.
- Assist with customer relations, communications, and requests.
- Attend customer meetings and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilities and Operations
- Responsible for parts, maintenance, service, and supplies of equipment.
- Directly supervise salary and hourly employees.
- Maintain productive/positive customer relations and drive quality and associated systems.
- Minimum 1-year leadership experience.
- Prior maintenance experience.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical skills.
- Proven management attributes.
- P&L management.
- Extensive problem-solving experience with proven methodology.
- Good relationship building skills focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
