Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician position is a critical role within our operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 years' experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience with PLC programming and control systems
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
