Job Title: Therapy Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Therapy Program Manager to lead our therapy program at Pyramid Healthcare Inc.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as expertise in clinical services. As a Therapy Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement therapy programs, including group and individual therapy sessions.
  • Manage client files, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with referral sources, company representatives, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and address concerns.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists and nursing staff on medication management and client mental health needs.
Requirements:
  • Trainee status or certification/licensure with the MD Board of Professional Counselors & Therapists or MD Board of Social Work Examiners.
  • Specialized training in CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and collaborative documentation.
