Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Preferred experience of at least 3 months in caregiving or hold a CNA certification; we are open to training motivated individuals without prior experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to travel to clients' homes within the designated service areas.
  • Pass a criminal background check as mandated by IDPH.
  • Exhibit compassion, friendliness, and reliability in all interactions.
