Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Fort Worth Connect Pediatrics Recruiting. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Administer medications, feedings, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements:
  • Current nursing license (LVN or RN) to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
