Job Description:This role will be responsible for developing technology standards using Java, Spring, JavaScript frameworks, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience developing enterprise solutions to accelerate implementation of strategic product goals, guiding and advising development teams to build resilient scalable solutions, and designing, developing, and modifying complex software systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Vision: Translate and incorporate business vision and strategy into architectural strategy.
- Technical Leadership: Make recommendations at the functional level, participate in high-level cross-functional architecture design teams, identify and consult with internal and external technical resources to produce cross-company strategic designs, and consult on the development and delivery of major technology initiatives.
- Project Management: Initiate and drive project or strategy discussions with users or external groups to resolve issues, set vision, goals, and direction of team/organization, plan and lead organization-wide initiatives, and oversee the technical implementation of cross-divisional or company architectural components.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Six years of experience as a Director, Software Engineering analyzing, designing, and developing applications and integrations with enterprise document management platforms, or four years of experience with a Master's degree.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise document management solutions using Nuxeo, REST API, Documentum, FileNet, IBM FileNet Image Services Resource Adapter (ISRA), Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS), or Java development tools according to Business Process Management (BPM) optimization methodologies.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000, based on location and qualifications.
