Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop accurate diagnoses.
- Collaborate with patients through virtual communication channels, leveraging your expertise as a Telehealth Clinician.
- Participate in community events and outreach programs, fostering a sense of community and family among employees.
Requirements and Preferences
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment, with at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice.
- Masters Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License or Physicians Assistant License.
