We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Parts Authority LLC. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of automotive parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and drop off automotive parts, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
  • Ensure orders are properly fulfilled, and customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without interfering with operations at customer's place of business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers.
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Accept payments, prepare reports, and reconcile debt and credit.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time.
  • Ability to manage, track, and account for money transactions and reconcile customer credit and debt balances.
  • Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take and follow directions and work well with others as part of a team.
