Job Summary

Unison Behavioral Health Group is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide direct therapeutic services to clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic services via face-to-face contact with clients or via telehealth under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and provide counseling services to an assigned caseload of clients in accordance with state mandates and agency policies.
  • Document all services provided and maintain records utilizing the electronic record in accordance with agency policy.
  • Participate in office-based case management as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a master's degree in social work or counseling.
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, individual, group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset, and at times hostile individuals.
  • Must be able to drive and be insured under the agency's commercial liability policy as a driver if hired in a program where driving is required.
