Medical Home Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Hampton Oaks Health Campus. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities: Your primary duties as a Registered Nurse at Hampton Oaks Health Campus will include:
- • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Providing hands-on nursing care, including administering medication and managing treatment
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- • A current RN license and relevant clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
