Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (must provide documentation)
  • Ability to read and write English and proficiency in computer operations
  • 2+ years of previous reception and security experience preferred
  • De-escalation training a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Read computer screens, procedure manuals, and other documents
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Lift, pull, tug up to 50+ pounds with or without assistance at times
  • Regularly required use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with the hands and arms
