About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a LPN with Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
  • Participate in and update the nursing care plan to ensure effective patient outcomes.
  • Recognize changes in patient needs and responses, implementing care to prevent risk or reduce risk.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
