Job Summary

Allina Health is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our Mental Health and Addiction Clinical Service Line in Chaska, MN. This role will be part of a team providing outpatient mental health services and an adult partial hospitalization program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients for appropriateness for level of care and develop treatment plans
  • Provide direct clinical care in psychiatry, including brief assessments and interventions
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to address mental health, functional impairment, social and emotional needs, and medical disorders
  • Work with program RN on addressing comorbid medical issues in our patient population
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team approach to case management
Requirements
  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
  • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
