About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have the opportunity to keep 100% of exam and professional fees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care with respect to eye and vision care, as well as general health and well-being.
  • Establish and maintain a professional and efficient practice.
  • Manage your own patient schedule and fee structure.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
  • Valid state optometry license.
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • W-9.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school.
  • Valid state ophthalmology license.
