We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Med/Surg unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma or compact licensure.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
