Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of supplier proposals to ensure compliance with requests for proposals (RFPs), analyzing quotes for fairness and reasonableness, and providing recommendations for negotiations.
- Oversee financial performance at the contract level, including the development of forecasts, monitoring of performance metrics, and managing variances to provide updated financial outlooks.
- Assist in proposal efforts by focusing on material cost estimation, leveraging historical pricing data, and understanding the supplier landscape.
- Develop and present various financial scenarios to aid management in making informed investment decisions, ensuring clarity for audiences with varying levels of financial expertise.
- Communicate essential cost and pricing information to ensure a seamless transition to program execution phases.
- Maintain compliance with interentity work authorizations and ensure accurate funding sources.
- Generate and distribute budgets based on contract awards to guide negotiations with suppliers.
Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or a related discipline; or an advanced degree with 3 years of finance experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with financial management systems.
- Strong presentation skills for conveying financial information to management.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with EAC structure and risk management.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to multitask.
- Strong understanding of long-range planning and program forecasting.

Compensation for this role ranges from $77,000 to $163,000, reflecting various experience levels and qualifications. Additional benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, among others.
