MRI Imaging Specialist

We are seeking an experienced MRI Imaging Specialist to join our team at Midstate Radiology Associates. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and performing diagnostic procedures on patients according to established protocols. This includes selecting the correct technique, utilizing patient assessment to produce accurate images, and collaborating with radiologists to provide therapeutic and diagnostic services.

• Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic procedures, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Select the correct technique and utilize patient assessment to produce high-quality images.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide therapeutic and diagnostic services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and adhere to OSHA principles and practices.
• Schedule and organize patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, medical staff, and coworkers.
• Perform venipuncture procedures and maintain basic life support (CPR) certification.

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved radiology program.
• CT state license.
• CPR certification may be required.

• At least one year's experience as a radiological technologist.
• Associates or Applied Science Degree in a related field.
