We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Direct Support Professional to join our team as a Residential Group Home Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and training direct support professionals to provide individualized direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and train direct support professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home setting, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care and support services.
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns related to resident care or well-being.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
  • Three to five years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • First Aid, CPR, and delegated nursing certifications required.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles required.
  • Proof of auto insurance and insurable driving record required.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required.
