Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Team Member, you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Become proficient in various store operations, including:
    • Preparing Açaí bowls and smoothies.
    • Handling cash transactions at the register.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
    • Stocking shelves and managing inventory.
    • Upholding hygiene and sanitation standards.
Qualifications

We prefer candidates who possess:

  • A Food Handlers license and experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.
  • A strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Compensation and Hours

Compensation ranges from $15 to $21 per hour, with potential for tip income. Full-time shifts consist of 40 hours per week, while part-time roles are under 30 hours weekly. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday & Sunday from 7 AM to 6 PM.
