Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement coaching plans and strategies to improve player skills and teamwork
• Provide coaching and guidance to players of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced
• Lead practices and games, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all players
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches to ensure a positive team environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and strategies to continuously improve coaching skills

Requirements:

• 1+ years of coaching experience, preferably in youth soccer
• Strong knowledge of soccer techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
• Passion for soccer and a commitment to developing young players
