About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at AdventHealth Orlando in the Fatty Liver Disease department. This is a full-time opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in an outpatient setting, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

">

The APP will be responsible for seeing patients in the clinic, including new patients and routine follow-ups. They will perform patient histories and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and monitor patients' courses of treatment. The APP will also collaborate with physician supervisors to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff.

Requirements

  • ">
  • A Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing">
  • 1-3 years of experience in Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology (preferred)">
  • Current, valid Florida APRN or PA license">
  • ANCC, NCCPA (or equivalent) certification">
  • Current, valid DEA License">
  • Current BLS and ACLS">
