Assembler II

We are seeking a skilled Assembler II to join our manufacturing team at Strykermeded. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling components and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

1. Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble components using appropriate tools and equipment to meet product specifications.
2. Operational Excellence: Promote a team-based, product-focused organization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Installation and Preparation: Install labels, pads, and other accessories to meet product specifications, and prepare products for shipment.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean parts as required and maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Record-Keeping and Accountability: Maintain accurate records and be accountable for all aspects of your work.
6. Continuous Improvement: Strive for reliability and quality in our products and continuously search for ways to enhance performance.
7. Employee Development: Foster personal growth, be responsible and accountable, and treat all colleagues with dignity and respect.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Basic Reading and Math Skills: Ability to read and follow blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
